花果山的两只灵猴亲如兄弟，六耳偶遇龙如意，并得到一串佛珠。两人为了寻求保护花果山之法不惜长途跋涉，终于来到天柱，不慎跌落时被龙如意救下，龙如意错把猴吉当六耳，萌发了爱情。 妒火中烧的六耳被蛇妖引诱，杀死老猴，兄弟反目。 在混战中，蛇妖舍身救下六耳。 天庭惩罚不守天规，扰乱秩序的小龙女将其化作定海神针。 猴吉在菩萨教诲下抹去记忆，保护唐僧西天取经，被师父赶走之时，六耳趁虚而入，从而引发了从地上到天宫的真假之辨。 展开全部
