新中国诞生前夕，身为资本家的父亲抛弃了11岁的许灵均前往美国。60年代初因父亲是资本家而被错划成右派的许灵均（于小伟饰）下放贺兰山农场七队劳动改造，并与美丽善良的李秀芝（孙茜饰）结为夫妻。在长达20年面对各种不公境遇的情况下，许灵均没有放弃心中的梦想，将一批农村孩子培养成艺术人才，并影响了淳朴善良的七队职工。十一届三中全会后，许灵均调回银川从事文化研究工作，为了证明文化的价值，许灵均成立影视公司，开发镇北堡，将其建成全国闻名的电影外景地，用文化的力量带领农场职工共同致富。 展开全部
