韩立主动请缨到科尔沁旗下乌拉岱嘎查（村）做第一书记，攻克精准扶贫中最后堡垒的。然而韩立来到乌拉岱后却发现，事情远非他想象的那么简单。但韩立并没有被眼前的困难吓倒，在确立了攻坚对象，并制定了逐个击破的规划后，与嘎查书记、嘎查达密切配合，联合党员干部的力量，最终克服了阻力，成功为乌拉岱嘎查摘掉了贫困帽子，为党和国家在2020年向世界宣布消除贫困人口，建设产业振兴和美丽乡村，夯实了基础。 展开全部
