失恋的宅男阿德（方力申饰）与女友（周秀娜饰）分手之后变得比原来更加呆板，在好友的带领下他参加了都市游戏“闪玩”，在经历了楼顶异装Party、夜店速配等几次充满刺激的“闪玩”经历后阿德渐渐不能自己，并和晓青（张馨予饰）、大飞（李威饰）、橡皮（洪天明饰）、斧头（邹少官饰）参加了一次更加刺激的“湖中野游”户外闪玩，随后却变成了四死一伤的惨剧，而唯一的亲历者却神志不清陷入昏迷状态，随着警方的介入，事实的真相逐渐清晰…… 展开全部
