1948年金圆券发行前后发生在南京的故事。 银行巨头为了向国民政府高官行贿，不惜将自己的情人——名噪京沪的越剧皇后白燕燕作为厚礼送给部长，但美人却在一个雨夜不明不白死于非命，服侍她的哑巴女佣也倒在血泊中……银行小职员秦兆旭报警后忽然失踪，成为警局追查的最大凶嫌，而部长秘书杨奇峰主动投案自首，却在审讯过程中被暗枪打中……疑云阵阵，困难重重，督察郭智仁在抽丝剥茧的过程中，终于发现这一桩凶杀案件的背后藏匿着来自最高当局内部的一桩惊天大阴谋…… 展开全部
