剧情介绍
一名美国黑人青年在东京皇家饭店电梯内死亡，警方开始调查。通过死者遗物，他们确定他叫焦尼，并怀疑他来日的目的是寻找生母。警方根据种种线索来到某温泉，发现一名知情者已经被杀害，但仍然得知知名服装设计师八杉恭子与一名美国黑人士兵曾在这里同居。警官栋居前往纽约向警方肖夫坦求证。在此过程中，栋居因历史记忆和民族情结而陷入了深深的思考，几乎把眼前的美国人和当年在日本犯下罪行的刽子手混淆了。最终他恢复了理智，将八杉恭子认定为凶手，但其实八杉恭子也是历史的受害者。 展开全部
